Cancellation and Refund: Full Refund - Cancellation Made 12 Hours Prior: We understand that plans can change. If you decide to cancel your ride, you will receive a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 12 hours before the scheduled departure time. Cancellation Fee - Within 12 Hours of Departure: Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled departure time are subject to a cancellation fee of 20 percent of the total fare.
